Steps to Registration and Payment:

  3. Choose Category & Amount of your choice
  4. Click on Check Out
  5. Fill in you Registration Information
  6. Fill in your payment details
  7. Click on Place Order

Please note:

*Remember to tick  and fill out all the required information for you to proceed.

*Ensure that you have enough funds on your payment account, including payment charge.

*Ensure that you choose the rightful payment method from those listed.

*We don’t receive cash,cheque or EFT Payments, Use the available online payment methods.

*Your Exhibitor registration fee of $800 includes 10′ x 8′ booth space with draping and carpet, one 8′ draped/skirted table, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket, and 1 booth identification sign. (Additional tables will cost $55.00 each). Costs for electricity, telephone, and Internet connections are billed separately by Marriott Toronto Downtown.

*Please note that each one registration form is meant to be filled by one participant and therefore the payment is for each individual participant.

Invitation letter  Issuance Process:

Issuance of  invitation letters takes between 7 to 14 Business days after your online registration  and payment for ACI 23,during the processing period we write and send out acknowledgement emails  in which we confirm receipt of your registration  and payment details and ask you to confirm if we captured them rightly.

 Note:

*The Invitation letter serves as an official invitation to facilitate the process of applying for a visitor visa but does not replace the other official travel documents required to enter canada and it does not guarantee an entry visa to Canada.

*The duration of the visa process varies for country to country. it is therefore strongly advised to start your application as soon as possible

Refund Policy:

(a) Only 40% of the registration fees can be refunded and only if the applicant communicates within 60 working days before the start of the convention.

(b) Recorded Conference proceedings will be available at the end of the conference on all our social media platforms.
